1. Legal withdrawal period
In accordance with European legislation, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reason or pay penalties.
2. Conditions of acceptance of the return
For health and safety reasons, we only accept returns of unopened, unused products, and in their original sealed packaging.
A return will not be accepted if:
- The product has been opened, tested or used
- The bottle, label or packaging is damaged
- The product is returned without order number or proof of purchase
3. Return procedure
Before returning an item, please contact us at onyxie.shop@gmail.com specifying:
- Order number
- First and last name
- Product concerned
- Reason for return
Once your request is accepted, you will receive the return address and instructions.
The return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part (incorrect product or damaged on receipt).
4. Refund
Upon receipt and verification of the returned product, we will proceed with the refund within 7 working days via the initial payment method.
You will receive a confirmation by email once the refund has been made.
5. Non-refundable products
- Open or tested products
- Gift cards (if there are any)
- Products purchased on sale or during a special offer (on a case-by-case basis)
6. Damaged product or order error
If you receive a broken, damaged or different product from the one ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a supporting photo, at the following address: onyxie.shop@gmail.com
We will then offer you:
- An exchange
- A refund
- Or a voucher, depending on your preference
