General Conditions of Sale – ONYXIE

1. Scope of application

These general conditions of sale govern the sales of cosmetic products of the ONYXIE brand on the onyxie-shop.com website, property of Onyxie, registered at 989 763 785, whose registered office is located at 60, rue François 1er, 75008 Paris.

2. Products

The products sold are described and presented with the utmost accuracy. However, if errors or omissions have been introduced, ONYXIE cannot be held liable.

3. Price

Prices are indicated in euros including VAT (all taxes included). ONYXIE reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced at the rate in force at the time of validation of the order.

4. Control

Any order validated on our site constitutes a full acceptance of these GTC. ONYXIE reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a previous dispute.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon order. It is made by credit card, Apple Pay, PayPal or any other means offered on the site

6. Delivery

Deliveries are ensured worldwide through our logistics partners. The indicative deadlines are 2 to 5 working days in France. See our Shipping Policy for more information.

7. Retraction

In accordance with the law, the customer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt. Opened, used or damaged products cannot be returned.

8. Liability

ONYXIE cannot be held responsible for indirect damages related to the purchase of its products. The customer is solely responsible for the proper use of the products purchased.

9. Personal data

The information collected is necessary for order processing. They are treated in accordance with our privacy policy.

10. Intellectual property

All elements of the ONYXIE site are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of the brand.

11. Disputes

These GTC are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred. Failing that, jurisdiction is attributed to the competent French courts.
